Why we built search and tools: find numbers fast, view original decisions, and follow monthly data updates.
Why Importz?
Import tax figures were already public — but in practice they were hard to find quickly. Importz exists because we needed searchable numbers: by make, model, year, and other filters.
We keep the database current
New data is published every month. We update Importz on the same rhythm so the figures stay relevant — no waiting for the next spreadsheet or digging through archives.
The data stays as recorded
We do not modify decision records. When you open a single decision, you see the original fields exactly as they were entered.
Make and model names are sometimes inconsistent. Grouping helps you find relevant results in search — but the original entry remains visible on the decision page. We keep improving this.
What you can do now
Always evolving
We may add more data, combine sources, or build new tools — who knows. The service is actively developed, so it's worth checking back.

Importz is an independent tool. Figures come from public import tax data; decision records are not modified.
